The MFJ Spa Day

The MFJ Spa Day is a maintenance service for Marlin Fine Jewelry pieces. Send your ring or pendant in and we'll take care of everything it needs: ring reshaping, stone tightening, inlay inspection and adjustment, and a full polish and buff. It comes back to you looking as good as new.

What's included:

• Ring reshaping (rings only)
• Stone tightening
• Inlay inspection and adjustment
• Cleaning
• Polish and buff

You cover insured shipping to us. Please insure your package for the full replacement value of your piece- we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit to our studio. We cover insured return shipping back to you.

Turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date we receive your piece.

If anything falls outside standard spa day scope, we'll send you a separate quote before any additional work begins.

How to send us your piece

Pack your piece securely in a small jewelry box within a shipping box please do not ship your piece in any type of envelope. If your inlay has any visible chips or areas of concern, please include a small amount of memorial material in a double-sealed zip-lock bag, clearly labeled with your name and address. Tuck it in alongside the piece so we have what we need to make any inlay repairs without having to follow up.

Use an insured, trackable shipping method (FedEx/UPS with declared value) and insure your package for the full replacement value of your piece. Once it's on its way, send your tracking number to hello@itsmarlin.com so we know to expect it.
