At Marlin Fine Jewelry, each piece is crafted with the utmost care. We are proud to offer a 365-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee on all of our jewelry.

Coverage

Our guarantee covers any structural defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal wear conditions. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@itsmarlin.com with your order number, detailed photos, and a description of the issue.

Evaluation and Resolution

Our team will carefully evaluate the piece. If the damage is determined to be the result of a craftsmanship issue, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.

Exclusions

The 365-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized alterations or repairs, or normal wear and tear. Normal wear may include minor scratches, dents, and the natural thinning of bands over time. Lost or stolen jewelry is not covered under this guarantee.

Important Notice

Any repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by a jeweler other than Marlin Fine Jewelry will void this guarantee. We highly recommend contacting us directly for any service needs to ensure your piece remains protected.

Ongoing Care: The Spa Day

Beyond your first year, we offer The Marlin Spa Day- a flat-fee maintenance service designed to keep your piece looking and as good as new. Every Marlin piece receives one complimentary Spa Day within its first year of purchase. After that, ongoing care is available for $99 per service and includes ring reshaping, stone tightening, inlay inspection and adjustment, and a full polish and buff.
