Shipping Policy

Effective January 1st, 2026

At Marlin Fine Jewelry, every piece is made-to-order or bespoke and ships once production is complete.

Please review the following information regarding shipment of finished pieces.


Production vs. Transit Time

Shipping speed refers to transit time only and does not include production time.

Production timelines vary by collection and are outlined on each product page. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


Shipping

Due to strict shipping regulations, all completed pieces are shipped via UPS 2ND DAY AIR.

  • Fully insured
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Discreet, unbranded packaging to deter theft

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email once your package leaves our studio.


Insurance & Transfer of Responsibility

All packages are insured during transit.

Responsibility transfers to the customer once the package is marked as delivered by UPS to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If a customer requests that signature confirmation be waived, Marlin Fine Jewelry is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If UPS releases a package without obtaining a signature, any resulting claim must be filed directly with the carrier.

Marlin Fine Jewelry will assist with documentation if needed but cannot guarantee claim approval.


Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout.
  2. Check with household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact UPS directly to initiate a claim.

Marlin Fine Jewelry is not responsible for carrier errors, theft after delivery, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once shipment processing has begun.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender will require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

Marlin Fine Jewelry reserves the right to hold, verify, or cancel any order suspected of fraud.

Orders may require identity or payment verification prior to shipment.

At this time, Marlin Fine Jewelry ships within the United States only.
