At Marlin Fine Jewelry, every piece is made-to-order or bespoke. Nothing is pre-stocked or mass produced. Each ring, pendant, and band is crafted specifically for the individual who ordered it and often incorporates deeply personal materials.
Because of the custom nature of our work, the following policies apply.
All Sales Final
All items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production planning begins and cancellations are no longer permitted.
Ring Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming accurate ring sizing before placing an order.
We strongly recommend professional sizing prior to purchase, or purchasing our ring sizer for at home sizing. Marlin Fine Jewelry is not responsible for incorrect sizes submitted at checkout.
Personalization & Custom Details
All customizations, including engraving, inlay selection, font choice, and design selections, are approved by the customer prior to production.
Variations in natural materials, crushed stone inlay, and handmade details are inherent to the artistic process and are not considered defects.
Manufacturing Defects
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
After this window, the item will be considered accepted.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or damage caused by third parties is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Marlin Fine Jewelry, you agree to the policies outlined on this page.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks or payment reversals for custom pieces that have entered production or been completed in accordance with the approved order details.
