Coverage:
This warranty extends to cover any manufacturing defects, whether in material or workmanship, throughout the 365-day duration from the date of delivery by Marlin Fine Jewelry. This coverage is subject to applicable laws.

Exclusions:
The 365-day Craftsmanship guarantee does not encompass lost items, scratches, damages resulting from accidents (such as bent rings or broken chains), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications (including resizing or any repair work performed by a third party), normal wear and tear, or damage caused by fire, water, or natural disasters like earthquakes.
